Cheesy Gluten Free Flatbread

Make delicious cheesy gluten free flatbread at home with just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients:

-1 cup Greek Yoghurt

-2 cups Gluten-Free Flour

-2 tsp Baking Powder

-½ cup Grated Cheese of your choosing (optional)

1- In a large bowl, mix together the yoghurt, flour and baking powder until dough forms.

2- Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface, divide into 6.

3- Roll out each piece into desired size, add cheese to one side and fold over. Repeat for remaining dough. (If you are not adding cheese, skip the folding part)

4-Add flatbread to a non-stick pan preheated on medium heat.

5- Cook each side of the flatbread until browned.

6- Optional brush hot flatbread with melted garlic butter.
